My name is Kate Jackson and I’m not your average dog walker. I have a post-graduate degree and spent fifteen years in Corporate America before starting this business. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a young child and it felt natural to turn it into a career. I am working my way toward becoming a certified dog trainer through an intense apprenticeship program with a Seattle area dog trainer. I have spent significant time training my own two Miniature Schnauzers in basic obedience and I am very proud to be an Animal-Assisted Therapy team with my dog, Elsa, which allows us to visit hospitals, nursing homes and other places where people can benefit from the healing power of dogs. 

I have seen the benefits of training first hand, which is why I feel strongly about safety and obedience as part of my services. My long-term desire is to combine my business background with my dog training expertise to enhance the area of animal-assisted therapy.
